Channel Innovations KL Forum 2009

Channel Innovations KL Forum was an exclusive half-day forum in Kuala Lumpur which explored new ideas, leading technology and case studies on innovative channel strategies in the online and mobile banking space.

The internet and mobile channels are having a comeback of sorts and the technology available to deploy these channels is more advanced. However, issues such as security, channel cannibalisation and sustainable revenue generation still present a challenge in these channels. Customer take-up has also been spotty at best with some markets having better success than others.

Despite the challenges encountered, channel innovations is here to stay and those who are leading the pack are bringing forth new and inventive ways to reach out and touch their customers.
